Very efficient, the only problem here is no parking space if there is a car at counter, need to arrange no car parked in front of the counter so that 1 car can wait by diverting the traffic pass by.

good application but the booking disappear after A whilevand cannot be retrieved. furthermore though i selected 2pm the appointment still state 6am
